This Garden Penthouse is ideal for those wanting an affordable holiday in one of Noosa’s best beachfront locations.

From the living area you can enjoy a small sunny balcony with a garden outlook. Ideal to enjoy your morning coffee. A staircase accessed internally takes you to a private rooftop deck which enjoys a wonderful view of the ocean. The kitchenette is equipped with a two burner cooktop, fridge, microwave and dishwasher (no oven). The master bedroom has a king size bed, whilst the second bedroom has two singles. The bathroom has a walk in shower (no bathtub).

Netanya boasts a premiere location on Hastings Street, featuring an outdoor swimming pool with panoramic beach views.

Please note that this unit is not serviced daily. There is a communal laundry located on each level of the complex. Extra towels can be arranged for a small fee.

Beautiful location that was just an amazing place to relax and excellent value. The facilities were great and the rooftop a beautiful spot to enjoy the sun. Would highly recommend booking through utopia, cate was fantastic to deal with. Sad to have left

We’ve stayed at Noosa Heads many times. This is the perfect location. The apartment is small but clean and comfortable. The rooftop deck is fantastic, with views of the beach and bush. Beautiful resort and beachside pool. Property manager Cate is friendly and helpful. We loved this stay

Cate was excellent to deal with, so prompt, friendly and helpful! The apartment is great, a little dark but the rooftop deck makes up for that. And so close to everything! It was a bit noisy at night with surf club air conditioners and people, but if you’re not a light sleeper you’ll be fine. And don’t expect Netanya reception to be helpful, wouldn’t even hold out bags for an hour!!
