With lush tropical gardens overlooking a sparkling pool, there’s room for the kids to play, for everyone to gather together or to find a quiet serene spot.
Three large bedrooms, all with super comfortable quality beds and linen, are located at distinctly separate areas of the home, providing you with calm, privacy and space. The king bedroom features a soothing tropical garden outlook and private ensuite.
Small pampered pooches under 10kgs are very welcome with a small enclosed yard and it is just a short stroll to an off-lead park and minutes to a great off-lead beach.

Fabulous Weekend
Rebecca - 11th August 2022We had a fabulous long weekend here with another couple. Bedrooms are well spaced for privacy and there’s ample room to do your own thing or to be together. It’s tastefully appointed with everything we needed and a big garage. The outdoor area is great and it’s in a quiet but very central area. We felt totally refreshed afterwards.

Awesome Family Stay
Peter - 5th July 2022House is in an ideal location and is modern and very roomy for a family of 4. Easy stroll to the shops, restaurants and cinema at Noosa Junction. It’s also close to some excellent walking beaches. Even our little pooch was happy.

Great for Families
Sue - 28th January 2022This house had everything we wanted for our relaxing holiday. It is set in a quiet area but close to all the best beaches and plenty of restaurants to choose from. For a family with young children it was so much better than a hotel or apartment as we could come home to peace, privacy and lots of space and a good sized pool. Great value for money. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Great Place - Great Location
Anna - 1st July 2020Great place in a great location if you need a bit of space, a nice pool and privacy a few minutes’ drive away from the popular Noosa areas. Easy access to the beaches and the river. We (and our pooch) enjoyed the well-equipped house. It doesn’t have Wi-Fi, but we had good signal on our Vodafone mobiles, so it wasn’t much of a problem. Keys and access was all easy and as arranged with Holiday Noosa
Amazing stay
Paul - 9th March 2020The house was amazing with high quality furnishings and super comfortable. The outdoor area was so nice and the big windows overlooking the garden made it feel tropical. It’s close to everything and the pool is great to keep the kids entertained if you want to relax at home. Highly recommend.

Kinnear - 31st August 2019This was a lovely home in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Noosa. It was very clean with nice linen and plenty of space. the kitchen was well-equipped and had plenty of plastic dishes and cutlery for the kids. As the home is located in a residential neighbourhood, it is not really in walking distance to any shops. However, there is plenty around with a short drive such as Hastings Street, Noosa's main strip, and Sunshine Beach. The Sunshine Beach off-leash dog beach was fantastic and less than 10 minutes away by car. Overall, a lovely clean home that is great value for money.

The pool looked fantastic (although we didn't use it as was a bit nippy) and the small outdoor area was ideal for the two 3 YOs in the group to run around. Amenities were great with ample sized bedrooms, clean bathrooms and spacious kitchen. Sits on a quiet cul-de-sac but fairly central too. While not walking distance to any beach, less than 2 km from Noosa head main beach, Hastings st and Noosa river. Will have no issues staying here again!
Perfect Base for Group Getaway
Vivik - 16th June 2018The property is located in a quiet pocket of Noosa Heads, and is perfect for a family or a few couple looking to getaway together. With 3 generous bedrooms, two great bathrooms and three living spaces, there is plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax together. You are only 3 mins from Coles, and 5 mins to Hastings St and the Beach via car/bus Noosa really is at your doorstep. I would go back in a heartbeat, and only wish we could have been away for longer.
