It is conveniently located less than 5 minutes walk into the now bustling Noosa Junction and a 10-15 minute walk to the iconic Hastings St and famous Noosa Main Beach, making it the ideal place to call home when you visit Noosa.
The home spans across two levels and comfortably accommodates eight; downstairs featuring 3 bedrooms, 1 x Queen bed, and two further bedrooms each with two singles, one of which can be configured as a King bed if preferred, laundry and main bathroom, whilst upstairs houses the spacious master bedroom with supersized dressing room and ensuite, fully equipped kitchen, powder room, dining and living areas, both of which open out onto large decks.
Take a dip or relax and read a book by your own private pool or cook up dinner on the Weber Bbq. No need to bring your bucket and spade, beach towel or kids body boards, Luce Del Sole has them ready for your use. The home also includes Smart Tv in the main living room and a second downstairs, air conditioning (every bedroom and living area) and fans throughout plus unlimited WiFi to make your stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

We Were So Impressed
Kim - 16th January 2022As soon as we walked into the property we were impressed on how clean the house looked & smelt. The attention to detail is top-notch, the owners have considered their clientele, everything you could need for a great stay is provided at a very high quality. The position of the house is terrific, park the car as everything is within walking distance, restaurants, bars, beach & nature. We would relax in the front verandah late afternoon & watch the sun go down. Cate from Utopia Rentals was so professional & very helpful! Extremely enjoyable stay!

Josie T - 27th September 2021Wonderfully located, a short walk to local shopping and cafe precinct, and a leisurely stroll down to the heart of Noosa to Hastings Street. Super comfy beds and sofa. Front deck is perfect to enjoy a drink and sunset. Sleeps a tribe of people with plenty of spaces to retreat and chill. Highly recommend.
This House Was Perfect
Peter - 10th August 2021Thoroughly enjoyed this house. Everything supplied for us to use was perfect. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, appliances and glasses. Everything was elegant and of high quality. The proximity to the national park, beaches and Hastings Street further away than we expected but still only a 10-15 minute walk down the hill. The view across to Pomona pretty especially during the early evening.
MAGIC place to stay for a Family
Michael Montgomery - 24th July 2021In a word WOW. My family and I loved our stay - this place has everything you would want to enjoy a relaxing break in the sun. We didn’t want to leave! Everything has been carefully thought of to make your stay very enjoyable; from a coffee machine for the adults to beach toys for the kids. Relaxing by the private pool after a day at the beach, a beer/wine on the deck watching the sky turn all shades of pink, BBQ on the back deck and then retiring to super comfy beds! Location is fantastic- short walk to great shops and eateries. Walk into the bustling Hasting St or the beautiful National Park…. We will be booking again soon.

Ken Russ - 14th June 2021Had such a great time... beautiful upstairs living space and decks on both sides of the house so we could get the morning and afternoon sun. The views at night were an unexpected bonus and the house has everything you need - we were very grateful for the little things like coffee machine and beach toys. Will definitely be back!
