The unit has undergone recent upgrades, including a new bed base and luxurious 1,000 thread count linen and towels.
Access to the apartment involves a set of stairs, as there is no lift. Undercover parking for 2 cars is available in the basement, along with a lock-up storage area for your surfboards, bikes, and more. Full laundry facilities, including a washing machine and clothes dryer, are at your disposal.
This property is fully self-contained, featuring complete kitchens and laundries. Linen and bath towels are provided, with beds made up, along with a starter kit of essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents to get you through your first night. Additional supplies can be purchased locally. Please bring your own beach towels.
Please note that check-out is no later than 10:00 am, and check-in is not before 2:00 pm. Additionally, this property does not permit weddings, functions, parties, or schoolies, and children under 6 years of age are not allowed.
