The prime location & tranquility of this older style but immaculate beach house Sundance is amazing, with only footsteps to the pristine surf beach and 10 minutes walk to the patrolled area of Peregian Beach, shops and restaurants but still only 15 minutes drive from the heart of Noosa and Sunshine Beach.
Relax and catch all the cooling sea breezes on the spacious deck and listen to the rolling waves. There is a dining and generous lounge area with sliding doors opening out onto the timber deck.
Fully equipped kitchen with under bench over, electric cook top, microwave and fridge/freezer
Full laundry facilities with top loading washing machine and electric clothes dryer.
Linen is supplied however you will need to bring your beach towels.
The fenced property is ideal to bring your small to medium size pooches. No other pets are catered for.

Property is Well Located
Trish - 25th November 2021Property is well located, yard was great for my mini schnauzers including access to off leash beach. Pleasant walk to local shops, especially along the beach. I liked the personal/family touches in the house and thought it was well set up.

Perfect Position Near The Beach

Only A short Walk to the Beach
Carolyn - 6th July 2020Only a short walk to the beach (it is a dog friendly beach). Well appointed and very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked. Even though you cannnot see the beach, you can hear the sound of the surf. The area is very quiet and the beds are so comfy - slept like a log. There are stairs at the front entrance but if you cannot navigate them there is also a side entrance (and only 2 steps up to the house). We enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to go back. Cate at Holiday Noosa is a dream to deal with
