Noosaville
Noosaville is located along the beautiful Noosa River with gorgeous views along the 2 km of grassy foreshore. Its a perfect place for family picnic or better still hire one of the many river boats and explore the full length of the river all the way to Tewantin. Noosaville boasts many restaurants, cafes and boutiques, many of which are located along Gympie Terrace overlooking the river. There is also a wide range of family holiday accommodation.
Tewantin
Tewantin was the original settlement in the Noosa region, developed as a timber town. In 1869 Tewantin was the river port for the Noosa area prospering on the local gold, fishing and timber industries.
The marina has many specialty shops, restaurants and cafes with a market being held each Sunday on the boardwalk. Not to be missed is the Noosa Regional Gallery, home to many changing art exhibitions from both national and international artists. Why not take the Noosa Ferry from Tewantin to Hastings Street.
