Here at Holiday Noosa Utopia Rentals we endeavor to keep all of our staff and guests safe. As you are aware the COVID-19 Pandemic was a shock to us all and affected the tourism/holiday industry greatly and in turn has changed the way we run for the foreseeable future.
We wish to keep your trust in us, our business and the whole Sunshine Coast community to ensure you have the best possible experience on your holiday and hopefully return to Holiday Noosa Utopia Rentals for all future Noosa accommodation.
Our office hours are from 8:30am to 5:00pm week days & 9:00am to 4:00pm on weekends. The keys for your holiday property can be collected from our office located at 1/89 Noosa Drive, Noosa Heads unless otherwise instructed.
Check in time is 2:00pm and Check out time is strictly 10:00am.
If you are arriving outside normal business hours, any outstanding tariff will be deducted from the nominated credit card prior to close of business. We accept MC or Visa (surcharge applies). No cheques are accepted within 7 days of arrival.
Contact Holiday Noosa Utopia Rentals during office hours to advise your expected arrival time and instructions for a code to our key safe so that you can collect the keys after hours.
If this has not been pre-arranged, for your key pickup you will be charged a late $80.00 call out fee. All balance of moneys must be paid prior to key collection.
